The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs names 13 entities and says “and others”; this is not a complete exhibitor count. The list includes a federal agency, research institutions, companies and an exhibition organiser. Each capability is a source claim, not independent supplier certification. No affiliation with COSMOSYNTH is implied.

These are not nine contracts: one announced contract, four edges within a stated probe collaboration, three institutional founding statements, and one separate 2027 exhibition programme.
FADA ↔ Orbitworks: EDGE announced an assembly, integration and testing contract for the Sirb-1 SAR programme on 7 May 2026.
TII ↔ UAE Space Agency: TII named the Agency in the autonomous asteroid-probe development collaboration.
TII ↔ HEX20: named by TII in the same asteroid-probe collaboration.
TII ↔ NSSTC: named by TII in the same asteroid-probe collaboration.
TII ↔ Khalifa University: named by TII in the same probe collaboration (context node, outside the 13 roster entries).
NSSTC ↔ UAE Space Agency: the Centre lists the Agency among its establishing institutions.
NSSTC ↔ UAE University: the Centre lists UAEU among its establishing institutions.
NSSTC ↔ ICT Fund: the Centre lists the telecommunications regulator's fund as an establishing institution.
Dubai Airshow ↔ UAE Space Agency: a separately described Space programme for November 2027, not an IAC 2026 contract.
Possible technical adjacencies are explicitly hypotheses, not existing integrations or permissions.
EO → analytics: assess possible interfaces between published satellite-data programmes and geospatial analytics. Unknown: licences, APIs, customers or formal integrations.
Autonomy: define a non-operational, synthetic mission test case. Unknown: actual partner requirements and accessible interfaces.
Engineering skills: compare documented satellite research and CubeSat education. Unknown: client needs or any NSSTC–SpacePoint agreement.
Advanced manufacturing: prepare a publicly sourced satellite-component qualification checklist. Unknown: flight qualification or procurement suitability.
Select one non-confidential space-data problem and a reviewer. Agree publicly usable inputs and acceptance criteria, build an actor–capability–relationship evidence map, test errors and usefulness on a reviewer-defined sample. No funding, procurement or delivery timeline has been agreed.
Seventeen source records support the research. Company and press statements are attributed to their publishers; neither performance nor delivery maturity has been independently audited.
No personal contacts, private email, internal strategy, third-party logos, unpublished data or claimed institutional endorsement are included. The 13 IAC names are a distinct sample and are not added automatically to the existing 55 CABSAT/SATExpo records.
