How to use this programme.

What is already published.

The records were prepared on the programme’s own initiative and are shared without charge. No audited figure for speed or cost is given. Further work needs a written scope.

One question, if a pilot is agreed.

A possible next record asks which publicly described capabilities and interfaces bear on one UAE space-data use case. It has not been commissioned. A useful pack would hold a source register, a capability matrix, a relationship map, the contradictions, and a note of findings. The test is whether a reviewer can trace each claim, and whether the note changes a decision.

A 20-minute discussion.

The discussion can choose that question, or name a colleague who can. Reply to the message that carried this page. The address in the repository is [email protected]. Do not send confidential material.

What would come later.

The programme now publishes studies, the atlas and the IAC 2026 note. A pilot or a prototype would be a separate agreement. These pages do not describe an operational spacecraft, a flight-qualified system, or a funded mission.
